About the team member

From a young age, Raimi faced the challenge of managing her very tangly hair, which led to a journey of discovery about her own wavy hair. Inspired by the difficulties people experience in finding stylists who truly understand their hair, Raimi decided to attend hair school and immerse herself in the world of textured hair. She is a Deva Curl Trained Stylist and a Curve Hair Studio Trained Specialist. Additionally, Raimi has honed her skills with Raw Curls Curl Sculpting and learned the science of cutting all textures with Jennessa Couture, as well as from LaToya Stirrup, CEO of Kazmaleje.

After graduating, Raimi dedicated herself to becoming an expert in textured hair. She gained years of experience working in a curl-focused salon that emphasized hair health and education. Collaborating with numerous curl specialists, she mastered a wide array of techniques, always staying up to date with the latest advancements in textured hair care.

Originally from Ontario, Raimi moved to New Brunswick last year with her partner and pets. Recognizing the local need for skilled hair stylists and textured hair specialists, she joined Ladori Hair Studio from its inception. Raimi has been instrumental in shaping our curl-friendly environment, ensuring that every client feels embraced and understood, regardless of whether they have waves, curls, coils, or any texture in between.
