Cancellation Policy

At Ladori Hair Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Desposit Requirement:

If a client fails to provide the required notice or misses an appointment, a 50% deposit will be to secure their next booking.
Additionally, we will need a credit card on file for future appointments.

No-Show and Last-Minute Rescheduling:

Clients who no-show or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice more than once may be charged the full value of the scheduled service.

Youth Services Policy

At Ladori Hair Studio, we are delighted to offer select youth services for ages 5-12. Our goal is to provide a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests. To ensure this, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Quiet Environment:

Our studio is designed to be a peaceful retreat. We ask that all children receiving services remain calm and quiet to maintain the relaxing atomsphere.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during their visit.

Safety First:

For their own safety, children receiving services must remain still during their appointment.

Inclusive Services:

We are committed to providing a welcoming environment for all children, including those who require additional support. If your child needs specific accommodations, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for them.

Appointments Only:

Please book appointments for youth services in advance to help us manage the salon environment effectively.
