If you’re unsure which service to choose, feel free to leave a voicemail, email us at admin@ladori.ca, or send us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook. We do our best to respond within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday). As a small team, we’re always learning and refining how we communicate to keep things thoughtful, responsive, and stress-free for everyone.
A: We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes (5 minutes for dry cuts) may be rescheduled to respect everyone’s time. We fully understand that emergencies come up, and we appreciate open communication. Our full policy is available under ‘Policies’ for transparency.
A: We prioritize one-on-one, unrushed service. Being appointment-based allows us to give each guest our full attention. Our online booking reflects available hours, which may extend beyond what’s shown on Google. Additionally, while not guaranteed, our stylists may also accept appointments outside of online booking hours. Reach out if you’re unsure—we’re here to help!
A: Yes! Our curl specialist, Raimi, is trained with Deva Curl, Curve Hair Studio, and Raw Curls. She’s also learned texture-focused techniques from industry leaders like Jennessa Couture and LaToya Stirrup (Kazmaleje). She brings years of experience, ongoing education, and a passion for textured hair. At Ladori, curl care is a craft we take seriously.
A: Both services include the same scalp service (about 50 minutes depending on scalp needs and hair length), consisting of a scalp consultation, deep scalp cleanse, massage tools, hot towels, pressure point therapy, and other added moments of relaxation. The only difference is the amount of drying and styling involved. The Quick Blow Dry option is the perfect option if you only need a rough dry with no additional styling, while the Complete Blowout option includes a customized signature blowout or natural texture styling, and a complimentary drink from our lounge menu.
A: We do! For inquiries, please email us or DM us on social media. Pricing varies depending on your desired look, so inspo photos are always encouraged when sending your inquiry.
A: Due to our cozy space, we ask that only the person booked attends. If you need an exception, let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
• For youth appointments, one guardian is welcome and must stay for supervision.
• For group bookings, guests may relax quietly in the waiting area—we offer tea and coffee, books, blankets, and good vibes.
A: Yes! Most are available for purchase in-salon. If we don’t have it in stock, we can often order it for you within a week. We also believe in honest, budget-conscious recommendations—even if it’s a product we don’t carry.
A: Absolutely. You can purchase digital gift vouchers online (click ‘Book Now’ > ‘Purchase a Gift Voucher’) or request a physical certificate by reaching out ahead of time—we’ll prep it for you!
A: We do not currently offer colour services. Our focus is on offering relaxing, high-quality services in a low-exposure environment.
